Terms & Conditions
Please review the Prestige Driven Terms & Conditions before booking your reservation. By booking transportation service with Prestige Driven, the customer agrees to the following policies, fees, and conditions.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until Prestige Driven provides confirmation by phone, text, email, or booking system.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup date, pickup time, pickup address, drop-off location, flight information, passenger count, luggage amount, vehicle type, and contact information.
If the customer provides incorrect information that affects the service, the reservation may be canceled, and the customer may still be charged the full amount of the booking.
2. Billing & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been approved by Prestige Driven.
A reservation is not fully confirmed until payment or an approved payment method has been received.
By providing payment information, the customer authorizes Prestige Driven to charge the card or payment method on file for the agreed service amount and any additional charges related to the trip.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, airport fees, parking fees, tolls, waiting time, cleaning fees, damage fees, overtime, special requests, or service extensions.
The final amount charged may be different from the original estimate if additional services, fees, or changes are added during the trip.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers are responsible for canceling their reservation within the required cancellation period to avoid cancellation fees.
For standard point-to-point transfers, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may be charged 75% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup, after the driver has already been dispatched, or no-shows may be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
For hourly service, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Hourly service cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Hourly service cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
For weddings, special events, large group bookings, or reservations requiring multiple vehicles, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations for weddings, special events, large group bookings, or multiple-vehicle reservations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup for weddings, special events, large group bookings, or multiple-vehicle reservations may be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Any deposits or prepaid amounts may be non-refundable depending on the type of reservation and the time of cancellation.
By booking with Prestige Driven, the customer agrees to this cancellation policy and understands that late cancellations, last-minute changes, driver dispatch, or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
4. Wait Time
For airport pickups, passengers receive one hour of complimentary wait time after the flight lands. After the complimentary wait time, additional waiting time will be charged at $25 for every 15 minutes.
For non-airport pickups, passengers receive 20 minutes of complimentary wait time after the scheduled pickup time. After the complimentary wait time, additional waiting time will be charged at $25 for every 15 minutes.
Wait time charges may be added to the final bill and charged to the payment method on file.
5. Overage & Extra Time
Customers are responsible for any additional time used beyond the original reservation.
For hourly reservations, any time used beyond the booked service time may be charged as overtime. Overtime may be billed in 15-minute increments, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, extended service time, delays caused by passengers, or any request that adds time to the trip.
Prestige Driven reserves the right to charge the card or payment method on file for any overage, wait time, or additional service time.
6. Trip Updates & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing any trip updates or changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Trip updates may include changes to pickup time, pickup date, pickup address, drop-off location, flight information, passenger count, luggage amount, vehicle type, extra stops, or special requests.
Updates requested less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
If a trip update is requested less than 24 hours before pickup and Prestige Driven is unable to accommodate the change, the reservation may be canceled, and fees may apply.
Additional charges may apply for changes that add extra time, mileage, stops, waiting time, or require a different vehicle.
7. Pickup & Drop-Off Location
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations at the time of booking. This includes the correct pickup date, pickup time, full address, business name, hotel name, airport terminal, flight information, gate details when available, and any special instructions needed for the driver to locate the passenger.
Prestige Driven is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, missed flights, or missed events caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear pickup or drop-off information provided by the customer.
If the pickup date, pickup time, or pickup address is incorrect and the driver is unable to complete the trip as scheduled, Prestige Driven reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the customer may still be charged the full amount of the trip. Any changes to the pickup or drop-off location must be requested as soon as possible and approved by Prestige Driven.
Additional charges may apply if the pickup or drop-off location changes, if the driver is required to wait, if extra mileage is added, or if the change affects the scheduled service time. Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled pickup time. If the passenger is not at the correct location, wait time charges may apply.
8. Extra Stops & Route Changes
Extra stops, route changes, or additional time requested during the trip may result in additional charges.
Prestige Driven will do its best to accommodate changes, but all changes are subject to availability, driver schedule, vehicle availability, and timing.
Extra stops or route changes must be approved by Prestige Driven or the driver before being added to the trip.
9. Seating Capacity
Passengers are responsible for booking the correct vehicle based on the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
Each vehicle has a maximum seating capacity that cannot be exceeded for safety and legal reasons.
Prestige Driven reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if the number of passengers is higher than the vehicle’s approved seating capacity.
If the customer provides incorrect passenger count, luggage information, or any other details that affect the vehicle needed for the trip, and the vehicle cannot safely or properly complete the service, the reservation may be canceled, and the customer may still be charged the full amount of the booking.
Additional vehicles or vehicle upgrades may be available upon request, but they are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
10. Car Seat Policy
Customers are responsible for requesting a car seat at the time of booking. Car seats are available upon request and must be confirmed in advance by Prestige Driven. Availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed. An additional car seat fee may apply.
Customers may also provide their own car seat if preferred. The customer is responsible for properly installing and securing their own car seat.
If a car seat is required for the trip and no car seat is available at pickup, and no safe solution can be provided, the trip may be canceled. In this situation, the customer may still be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Prestige Driven is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed transportation caused by a missing, unavailable, or improperly installed car seat. Prestige Driven is not responsible for improper installation of customer-provided car seats.
11. Passenger Behavior
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times during service. Passengers must follow all driver instructions, safety rules, and vehicle policies.
Prestige Driven reserves the right to refuse or end service immediately if any passenger is unsafe, disrespectful, aggressive, intoxicated, disruptive, threatening, using illegal substances, damaging the vehicle, or creating a risk to the driver, passengers, or vehicle.
If service is refused or ended due to passenger behavior, the customer may still be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Passengers are responsible for any cleaning fees, damage fees, waiting time, delays, or additional charges caused by their behavior.
12. Smoking & Vaping Policy
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside any Prestige Driven vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vape pens, e-cigarettes, or any other smoking or vaping device.
If smoking, vaping, smoke odor, ashes, burn marks, or any smoking-related evidence is found inside the vehicle, a $300 cleaning fee will apply.
Prestige Driven reserves the right to end the trip immediately if any passenger smokes or vapes inside the vehicle.
If service is ended due to smoking or vaping, the customer may still be charged the full amount of the reservation.
13. Cleaning Policy
Passengers are expected to keep the vehicle clean and respectful during service. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle requires extra cleaning after the trip due to spills, food, drinks, stains, trash, pet hair, bodily fluids, strong odors, or any other mess caused by passengers.
Any interior cleaning fee starts at $150. The final cleaning fee may be higher depending on the condition of the vehicle, the type of mess, and the time required to clean it.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside any Prestige Driven vehicle. If smoking, vaping, or smoke odor is detected after the trip, a $300 smoking/vaping fee will apply.
If the vehicle cannot continue service due to the condition left by the passenger, the customer may be responsible for the cleaning fee and any loss of business caused by the vehicle being taken out of service.
14. Damage Policy
Passengers are responsible for treating the vehicle with care and respect during service. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their passengers during the reservation.
Damage may include, but is not limited to, broken or damaged seats, doors, handles, windows, lights, screens, seat belts, interior panels, flooring, or any vehicle equipment.
The customer may be charged for the full cost of repair, replacement parts, labor, cleaning, detailing, and any loss of business if the vehicle must be taken out of service.
Any damage fee will be based on the actual cost to repair or replace the damaged item. Prestige Driven reserves the right to charge the card or payment method on file for any damages caused during the trip.
15. Drugs & Alcohol
The use, possession, or transportation of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited inside any Prestige Driven vehicle. Alcohol may only be allowed when permitted by law and approved in advance by Prestige Driven.
Passengers must behave responsibly at all times. Prestige Driven reserves the right to refuse or end service if any passenger is intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or creates a risk to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
Open containers, spills, strong odors, vomiting, or any mess caused by alcohol may result in additional cleaning fees.
If illegal drugs are found, used, or suspected during the trip, the service may be canceled immediately, and the customer may still be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Prestige Driven is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed transportation, or any issues caused by passenger drug or alcohol use.
16. Vehicle Availability
Prestige Driven will make every effort to provide the requested vehicle. If the requested vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, we may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle when possible. Vehicle substitutions may happen due to maintenance, mechanical issues, accidents, scheduling issues, or other unexpected circumstances.
17. Delays
Prestige Driven is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, flight delays, mechanical issues, airport delays, law enforcement activity, or any situation outside our control. Customers are responsible for booking enough travel time, especially for airport transfers, weddings, special events, meetings, and other time-sensitive reservations.
Prestige Driven is not responsible for missed flights, missed events, missed appointments, lost business, or other losses caused by delays outside our control.
18. Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for keeping track of their personal belongings during and after the trip. Prestige Driven is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten items left inside the vehicle.
If an item is found, Prestige Driven will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer and return the item. A return fee may apply if the driver needs to make a special trip to return a lost item.
Prestige Driven is not responsible for items that are left behind and cannot be located after the trip. Customers are responsible for checking the vehicle before exiting and taking all personal belongings with them.
19. General Terms
Prestige Driven reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any special requests, changes, or exceptions must be approved by Prestige Driven in advance. Passengers are responsible for following all safety rules and driver instructions during the trip.
Prestige Driven reserves the right to refuse or end service if a passenger acts in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, illegal, or damaging to the vehicle. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still remain in effect.
20. Agreement
By booking service with Prestige Driven, the customer agrees to all company policies, billing terms, cancellation terms, fees, and conditions listed above. Customers are responsible for themselves and all passengers included in their reservation.
